Real-time traceability: a world premiere

SP3H, the French specialist in smart optical sensors and European leader in molecular traceability of carbon-neutral fuels (CNF), is officially launching the Tracked & Trusted European HVO Tour, in collaboration with Electro Maintenance (under the H3Tech brand) and with the support of Stellantis Pro One, as well as players in the low-carbon fuel production and distribution sector.

This Europe-wide project aims to demonstrate, through a four-week cross-border tour, that on-board traceability of renewable fuels is now a measurable and verifiable reality.
Two light commercial vehicles, equipped with FluidBOX / H3Tech technology, set off from Aix-en-Provence on 13 November 2025 for a journey of more than 15,000 km through some twenty countries.

With this European tour, we want to show that low-carbon mobility can take many forms. Thanks to the embedded and certified traceability of carbon-neutral fuels, we are demonstrating that there is an immediate, reliable and inclusive alternative to accelerate decarbonisation.

Alain Lunati

Directeur Général, SP3H

Throughout the journey, vehicles will transmit real-time traceability data via FluidBOX/H3Tech, which forms the core of the Tracking CO₂ solution. Within the framework of European regulations (CAFE, CSRD Scope 3, RED III), this approach makes it possible to certify the effective use of carbon-neutral fuels (CNF) and to report on them in a transparent and measurable manner.

Our mission: to demonstrate that the existing and expanding network of HVO stations already provides simple, universal access to carbon-free fuel, without the need for new infrastructure or constraints for drivers.
