From 17 to 24 November 2025

The first week of the Tracked & Trusted European HVO Tour has come to an end, and the results already confirm one of the project’s key objectives: to demonstrate in real-world conditions that low-carbon thermal mobility is possible, measurable and reliable thanks to HVO100 and FluidBOX® / H3TECH® on-board traceability.

An intense and revealing start to the journey

The two vehicles, the Citroën Berlingo and the Fiat Ducato, covered a total of 2,585 km this week, crossing two countries and facing a variety of conditions, perfect for testing the robustness of renewable fuel and on-board traceability tools.

5 full tanks of 100% HVO and a measured reduction in CO₂ emissions

Thanks to on-board technologies, we were able to certify the actual proportion of renewable fuel consumed in real time.

  • 5 full tanks of 100% HVO100

  • 437 kg of CO₂ avoided out of a potential 515 kg

  • 84% reduction in CO₂ measured over the period

What our sensors observed

On-board traceability also enables us to analyse fuel usage conditions:

  • Minimum fuel temperature: 2°C
→ measured on the Berlingo on 20/11 at Lyon Expo / Saint-Priest at 11:00 p.m.

  • Maximum fuel temperature: 46°C
→ measured on the Ducato on 17/11 in Turin at 2.30 p.m. upon arrival at Stellantis

  • Lowest outdoor temperature: -5°C
    → recorded in Lyon Saint-Priest

  • Maximum altitude reached: 1,860 m
→ at the Montgenèvre Pass, between France and Italy
→ A symbolic passage demonstrating the stability and performance of the HVO in mountain conditions.

Highlight of the week

The Tracked & Trusted Tour made headlines from day one:
We had the honour of appearing on the front page of Solutrans Mag, alongside:

  • Electro Maintenance

  • Stellantis Pro One

  • Patrick Cholton, President of SOLUTRANS

  • Didier Dugrand, General Delegate of the FFC

  • Pierre Vialard Goudou, Sales Director, Pro-One France

  • And our partners Étienne Valtel and Mohamed Bennama from Altens

This significant development highlights the sector’s growing interest in CO₂ traceability in real-world conditions.

What this first week demonstrates

– Fuel traceability ‘at the wheel’ works in all conditions
– HVO100 ensures measurable CO₂ reduction, even on long journeys
– Partner stations enable smooth refuelling across Europe
– FluidBOX® / H3TECH® on-board tools confirm their reliability in the field

The Tour has only just begun, but the demonstration is already solid:
decarbonising existing combustion engine vehicles is possible, now, and measurable.
